I have 4 200watt halogen 12volt flood lights. One on each corner of my camper. That way I don't have to even know if it's night because I'm afraid of the dark, and it also helps others to find their own campers during the night, as I leave them on all night while we sit outside with our portable big screen TV watching Rock videos or football games... ;)
TOTALLY KIDDING! Just thought I'd throw that in before this thread gets TOO heated and perhaps shut down... :)
Actually, I too wear a headlamp when outside if it's totally black out and need to take the dog for a walk. I have a motion sensor over my door on the camper with a dim led light to assist when I come back. It too goes off when I'm in for the night. When eating outside we use a propane or led lantern while eating. Then off. Other than that it's just the glow from the campfire or moon and stars...
