Has anyone else found that good sams insurance sucks because it is thru lowest rated company in USA. itis thru National General Insurance. been having problemssince JUN now claim has been denied and closed. I thought good sams was good company now i know the dont care just looking fo cheap was to offer bs stuff
First of all, the ins co would have sent you a letter with a reason for the denial and the applicable section in the policy. Read The Policy!!
If you are then still unclear, Talk to the insurance commission for your state. They should be able to explain to you why the claim was denied and whether or not it is a valid denial. If the claim should not have been denied, the should go to bat for you.
One denial doesnt make an insurance company good or bad. Try small claims court.
