Good truck for towing
I'm getting ready to start RVing full time. I'm buying a Keystone Bullet, 30"@ 5,600 dry. What size of truck would comfortable tow it. I'm looking at Dodge 1500 or 2500 with the 5.7 Him.

Extra short answer, most all 5.7 Hemi half tons From the last 15 years will handle that trailer. Anything ‘14-up with the 8 speed and 3.92s will “pull” the same or better than any 2500 with a 5.7.
Any 2500 will “handle” the trailer better.
