Got new generator but........

I told one driver he might as well kick the package down my driveway after I heard him drop it twice. Other than that one time, everything I've had shipped has arrived safely. Sometimes, it is not the last mile that is the problem. There are many hands, lifts, and conveyor belts between the seller and me.

The good news about Home Depot is their return/exchange policy. It is usually no questions asked.

I guess you'll have to go back to being impatiently waiting for another generator or check out the Champion's at a lower price. From the posts on this Forum, there are a lot of happy Champion owners.
