Is the trailer moved from place to place or is it on a permanent site
Actually, I'm rather permanent in Dana Point, CA. I don't have a truck and annoyingly, I have to move out of the park every 6 months to avoid the permanent resident monthly rent. It's $650, vs. $950 per mo. as a permanent. The last time I moved, it cost me $530. 3 day storage at $60. $260 for a hotel for 3 days, also, another $50 for my animals. then, $160 to tow it 400 feet to a dirt lot for 3 days. Yeah, I get it, it's a total rob-fest, but I have no other options.
I don't know what my body is going to be doing, so making any permanent decisions right now is tough. I have a Honda Accord now, but it may become useful to just buy a truck and follow the weather.
My Father is growing older and lives in an AMAZING place, Guerneville, CA. About 30 miles North of Santa Rosa, CA. (Near San Francisco) right on the Russian River in Sonoma County. Summers there would be fabulous, winters would be fine here near my Mom's home in Dana Point, CA. (Where I am at now) Getting to spend more time with both parents would mean a lot to me. So much is in the air now, it's hard to make decisions. Again, any suggestions or help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thank you for your post, I get a bit lonely here, seems like the world is on my shoulders sometimes. All advice and comments are incredibly appreciated. All my friends are in Baja, but I feel very comfortable and welcome here, reading so many past posts.
GRACIAS,
