I just bought a Starcraft TT. Our warranty and other perks did not start until the day we picked up the TT. With this in mind we actually delayed our pickup until the week of our first trip. Picked it up Monday, left on Friday. It ended up sitting on the dealer lot for almost 5 months as we bought in the deep Canadian winter (Happy Canada Day ;-)

Its going on 2 weeks that we paid the dealer for this camper. He told us they sent pictures to the manufacture about the problem. The dealer told us they are awaiting parts to fix the problem. I told the dealer the ball is in there court and to keep me informed, to date no contact.
What to we do? We regret that we paid them cash in full for the camper before they fixed it. I know blaming the dealer for this workmanship is not right but they hold the ability to make it right and have not. We are now worried when our warranty starts? They also give with each new sale a free one year membership to Thousand Trails with 30 nights of camper, we wonder when that will start?
Frustrated to say the least and still no camper.
