3 weeks tomorrow that we paid for this TT and we've still not taken it off the lot. What to do now?
I stopped this evening and saw they did the valve work but it looks like they did not seal up the underbelly too well. Yes I am going to be fussy about this. I've not gotten a call from then since last week when I stopped. The unit has not been cleaned up from the factory saw dust and such. DW and I are exploring our options, if we have any at all. We are to the point of asking for a full refund. Hopefully we can avoid legal action. The dealer has very poor communication with us. That is frustrating in itself. Any suggestions ?
