Guess we found our new rig... Comments and thoughts?

After a year hiatus from camping I think we have found our new to us rig. It is from a private seller. The deal is not finalized yet so I would love to hear your guys thoughts both pro and con on this...

They are not stab jacks. The trailer has Ground Control auto leveling. The jacks are weight bearing. When you retract the front leveling jacks the tongue jack will lower first. I had this system on my 5th wheel and it worked very well.
