Had a problem with one of my BFG Commercial TA's

Last fall while camped at a lake I noticed one of the E rated commercial TA's I put on the trailer a few years ago didn't look quite right but of course it slipped my mind by the time we left the lake...

I've seen that recall but it looks like it's only for 2 sizes (which seems kinda strange?) and my 225/75R16's are not part of it.

If I do decide to go for a complete set of new tires I don't think it will be Commercial TA's again. I went to the 16" E rated TA's when I ditched the 15" D rated China Bomb ST's, don't think I should be having this problem with hardly any wear on them.
