My neighbor - renter in his early 30's has $180k car, $80k truck, $300k boat, off-road buggy that I don't even know value and everything stays unprotected, banged around and hit against retaining wall as the guy doesn't have skills to park it on complicated driveway.
He moved with a girl that he married a year ago, yet they don't think about buying a house. The prime rental house got trashed in the mean time.
