We find the lighting harsh also, and our rig has 8 lights across the ceiling! I wish we could use 3 at a time, or one over the kitchen, etc. So, I purchased a couple of lamps, and put one on the end table and a small one on the dinette table. There is a small sconce built in also, so those harsh LED lights are rarely on. I also bought a string of lights and hang them across the super kitchen slide. It's in a plastic casing, so it's easy to put up and take down. I use extension cords since outlets are not well placed.
