We installed the aluminum Torklift steps.  You need to order the correct width ones and they're a simple bolt-on swap.  The advantage to them is that the bottom step sits directly on the ground which really cuts down the movement felt inside when someone is coming or going and they're a more stable feel when you walk on them.  Also, they self-adjust for uneven ground when one side of the TT is on a site with slope to it.
Only downside is that you can't flip them down in seconds like you can with the stand fold-down steel ones. Not a big deal, it's just different.
Oh, and they look way sexier than black steel ones. :)
