You can get half size/tandem breakers...two in the normal space of one so no need to add another panel if I read your post correctly. You may have to buy a tandem 15A to replace two normal size 15A breakers and then get a single 30A for the new 120V RV plug. Electricians have hooked up a 30A RV plug to 240V even though the RV plug will have 30A/125V molded into it.:S
