$3,000?!? That makes the $200 progressive international EMS I installed last Friday seem like cheap insurance! In fact it already payed off and it made me realize all the 3 prong outlet in my garage are actually ungrounded (big code violation btw, a bit pissed at the previous owner) so I'm currently working on installing a grounding rod for the garage circuits.
