I installed a 30A outlet at home myself. very easy to do. its wired like a standard 15A outlet. many people told me to install a 50A outlet but I decided no. I wont be camping in my driveway, just running a few things in the RV. and when I do get a new 50A RV I would just run a 30-50 dogbone connector to power up everything. the main thing is you cant run both A/C`s at the same time. and maybe the residential fridge.
