Unless you are set on a 30 amp plug, here is a different idea. We have a 20 amp plug on the outside of the garage. It will run the fridge and A.C. at the same time. We use it regularly. Plus, when not using for the RV, it works to power other tools or items as it accepts a normal three prong plug. Unless you are living in it, 20 amp is sufficient to get it ready for an adventure. We've even had visiting people stay in it overnight. We've run the water heater on propane and the rest on the 20 amp circuit.
