Wow - what a great deal! Let me say having been the former owner of a Komfort, they were one of the premier, quality units. Just as an FYI, we only traded it in to get a fifth wheel. Word of caution, check the code on the tires. RV tires are a unique thing in that you don't go by how good they look, you go by the manufacture code and that code will tell you when to change them, whether they look good or not. Since RV's tend to sit for long periods of time, the tires take a beating in wear while they are sitting. While you have this unit in your drive way, fill up the tanks, fill up the propane, do a once over with all of the systems. Check the batteries and how much of a charge they'll hold, etc. Open and close all your windows, test the black tank - draining that is. Etc. You've got quite a deal there, just make sure you do your walk through before the big trip so that nothing surprises you while you're out and away from your tools.
