I agree 100%, they all leak sooner or later, preferrably later.
and that all hinges on maintenance which brings me to another point and that is, the older the unit, the more likely it is a leaker.
The picture the OP provided, the unit has a front window (which was popular back then) but TC builders are getting away from them because of water intrusion issues.
Far as pulling a trailer,I think just about all of us do no matter how large a unit we have. That hinges on the truck capacity, not camper length so much.
