We ended up having 12-foot campers and still gray water tank will fill in 2 days with 2 of us.
Even if your sons will sleep in tents, you need to get tents there.
Campers do have wardrobes that will fit about 8 T-shirts and couple of jeans. The big one will fit also sweater and jacket, if it is well design. You will have several small compartments, but that is something you have to see and plan.
We do use back seats in the truck for hauling heavy stuff, but having 4 people you will not have that luxury.
You sure will have lot of things to figure out.
