Not only do people who post to "Forum Posting Help and Support" not read the title, they don't read the "Read this before posting" sticky post.
I think Forum Technical Support was a less confusing title than what it was changed to, and will likely never be changed again. This kind of reminds me of working for the government, where they simply refuse to change something that's not working properly or is confusing, but somebody in charge thinks it's not worth bothering with.
