Help deciding and alumn vs wood frame question

I am going to buy my first travel trailer and have narrowed it down to a 2018 FR Wolfpup 18TO black label edition (has upgraded insulation, alumn wheels and some cosmetic upgrades) and a 2018 Outdoors...

What is the Jeep’s payload number? At a max 7000 you will have 900 pounds or so of tongue weight and 75 for a WDH. With your GF and stuff I believe you’ll be too heavy. Wheelbase is important too.
