On my dodge the access to the M10-1.50 hex flange lock nut is very constrained due to the wheel well liner and the shape of the spring pad bracket on the frame.
If everything goes well you can install the Stable Loads without removing the liner. Now that you are past this point, remove the liner (some sheet metal screws and the mud flat fasteners) and you will get easy access to the front and top of the spring pad bracket to remove the nut.
