I know you were hoping to find someone with a direct link to what you need, but this isn't as complex as you might think it is. As I said, the brakes and heating are made by 3rd parties, not Franklin. When trailers are new, each component comes with its own manual and warranty information. At least that's the case here in the US. The trailer manufacturer does not provide technical info in its own documentation for 3rd party components other than care and basic maintenance of the parts it puts together.
Find out who made your axle and most likely you can find out more about the brakes. Axles are usually installed as one component with the brakes already attached. I believe that most axles have the manufacturer name stamped somewhere on the axle.
Same for the heat. Atwood and Suburban are the most common heater manufacturers I know of. You should be able to find out which by taking off the heater cover on the inside.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but given that the trailer manufacturer is out of business, your task of getting information is going to be a bit of a pain. I wish you the best on this!
