As was mentioned above, the manufacture of most trailer put out a very generic manual which is usually pretty useless. The manuals for all the appliances and running gear are usually covered by separate manuals.
I suspect that the running gear for your trailer may be made by Dexter. You can most likely get a manual or information about it here.

As far as the appliances, furnace, water heater goes, we have a member of the forums who has his own RV service company. He has provided a very useful website with downloadable manuals for most of the ones used in RVs. You can look up the name and model number of yours and then find the documents for them here.
