I agree with King George about the second battery. Personally I would have the second battery hooked up permanently. I also camp 98% of the time at camp grounds with electrical
hook ups but if I have a battery go bad, I don't have to run around in an unfamiliar town looking for a new battery which may be a higher price than what I can buy in my home town.
Second, If I were to buy a generator, I would buy a quiet Honda. Just my 2 cents:)
