The short answer is NO! if it is cold. If it is hot/warm and you do not need the heater much then yes. Even two batteries will not run the heater all night on a cold night.
But a few extra blankest and a bottle of hot water (I use a 2 qt Cranberry juice) in the bed with you will keep you warm all night.
