Toddupton, I'm not worried about the white water tank. That leak will be fixed easily I'd assume. It's coming from one of the bars along the side. It just needs to be lifted out and fixed. It's the water under the mattress that concerns me. I'm not sure if that water is coming from a leak down the frame....
