You will need to put something under the tires on the side that is low. I noticed on our tt the side with the slide will dip a little so when I set up I level so that side is a hair high and when I put the slide out everything levels out. You may also want to check air pressure in your tires if the site has been laser leveled as you say, this can cause settling. Do not use your stabilizer jacks to level your tt. A good youtube channel for a beginner is Pete's RV Youtube channel I do not work for this dealer and do not know anything about them but if you search their videos you can find many helpful tips. I have used the videos to research several things. Good luck on the toilet, as others have said and I agree this probably is either the water supply or the valve on the toilet.
