Lots to think about for sure. Do not put jacks under the slide as this causes more problems than good. A trailer will tilt slightly once the slides are open and if the ground is soft it might tip a little more.
As others said, once you get the water flowing, the smell issues will be fixed as you add water and chemicals if you wish. The fan off is a help.
If the was a shut off to the toilet you would see it between the wall and the toilet. The valve/flusher could be bad. Once you see if you get water from the hose this would be the next thing to look at.
