Our 2500 Dodge trucks have a 6000 RAWR which includes tire/wheel rear springs.
The airbags help the spring part but you will need higher capacity tires and wheels for 3500 lb payload on a 2500/250 truck.
A 3500 lb TC plus another 400 lbs for a 10% boat trailer hitch load plus another 100 lbs of extended hitch = 19.5" tires and wheel for your 2500 truck.
