Just a thought. Where is your fresh water tank located. In front of, or behind the axles? If behind, you can use the weight of water to off load some of your tongue weight.
When I had my TT, (which was a rear kitchen) while not as heavy as yours, I did have the Dual Cam, and no matter how I adjusted it (with help from some very expert people here on rv.net) I was unable to stop the sway caused by side winds and the passing of large semi's. I even broke one of the 1" thick cams in half, plus I had to replace the snap up brackets several times. Then there was the issue of the noise! OMG, drove us nuts.
Bought a used Hensley Arrow on ebay and replaced the bushings and painted it. All sway issues, noise, and white knuckle driving was a thing in the past.
Being a rear kitchen, the bed was in front with the fresh water tank under it. I could use that to increase or decrease the tongue weight as needed. I also had a Sherline tongue scale, so I always knew exactly what my tongued weight before heading out.
Good luck
