I agree on the higher rated spring bars, but the OP stated his TV front axle weight "unhitched" (truck alone) was 3,180lbs, and "hitched" was 3,580lbs......., I would be inclined to reduce the weight transferred to the front axle (unless I'm misinterpreting OP's CAT data). I would tend to use the CAT data over fender heights.
