If you need more head tilt, you might need to address any slop in the receiver on the truck. In my case, I was losing several degrees of head tilt due to a 2" bar, but a 54mm receiver (Ford F150).
I welded some beads on my bar on top/bottom and on one side to fit more tightly in the receiver. Made a world of difference.
Not sure if your receiver is that way, but would be good to check. That side to side slip can also make things a bit wiggly.
