hercules power str tires (load range E)

I met a full-timer in a Wal-Mart parking that was fueling his truck from a tank in the bed of the truck. He was pulling doubles with boat behind his fifth wheel. The gentleman was on a return trip from Alaska. He told me that he had bought new Hercules tires in Fairbanks. I inspected the construction note on the side of the tire and reported that they had the nylon cap construction. The tires looked like they were heavily loaded. I suspect that was from the full-timer use.
