I think so. This was just filed Dec. 1st and involves the Ram 1500 ECO diesel and the diesel Jeep SUV. It's against FCA and Bosch , Cummins is not included in this one.

The attorneys win, the plaintiffs get a cents off coupon. Move along folks, nothing here to see...........

I agree but class actions do help keep the corporations honest.
They know the lawyers are sniffing like sharks waiting for them to make a illegal move.
I'm not suggesting the consumers win monetarily but the companies do consider the class action losses in their decisions.

I miss the days of the 12v Cummins.

I don't... those trucks drove like some real turds... But at least they met the current emission standards back in those days and didn't have to cheat the system.

I don't miss the engine noise. Don't see or heard many in our rv park anymore.

Not much to miss on the 12V , about the same as that other noisy one the 7.3

My two 12v's were definitely turds. But they were simple, forgiving and far easier and cheaper to work on. Going past the warranty period wasn't even a concern. Unless we clicked the star wheel a few notches or moved or replaced the fuel plate, no visible smoke even under heavy load. We'll probably find out one day that burning urea causes more health problems than diesel soot.

Looks like the exact same thing VW did.
