This is a fun topic. Like most, I started camping in tents while I was in the Navy. I bought my first real RV in early 2002 with the purchase of a 2001 KZ Frontier 2405 travel trailer. With the four boys, we explored Washington State, Idaho, and Oregon until I retired in 2004. We since have moved down here to Arizona, my home state, where I've owned and restored several Airstream travel trailers. Found out that I was spending too much time restoring and not enough time enjoying the great outdoors, so I sold them all and bought a TC in 2011 and a Jeep Wrangler in 2012. Been very happy with the mobility and and go-anywhere ability of the two.
