Have you contacted Keystone directly?
Almost Impossible.....and if you do get lucky and actually connect with someone, it will be a dedicated phone picker upper or keyboard poker in the customer service department, who will provide the corporate canned response "Please contact a dealer, preferably the one you purchased from". I have attended the Keystone RV song and dance show, it's no picnic.

Have you ever tried that?
When we had our 2013 Keystone Passport I would have been thrilled to be able to talk with the guy who cleaned the toilets at a Keystone plant. They have non customer service and lack of direct communication perfected and down to a science. That said I really liked that trailer. Their lack of support had a lot to do with buying our current Rockwood. I am far from being a Forest River drum beating kool aid guzzler, but at least I can talk to Rockwood reps and have had them send me a microwave, fender skirts, and a check for a fried fridge element direct to my house.
And in addition to Dutchmensports link, a few hours of good reading
HERE! Some good, some bad.....but from experience I can tell you they will not deal with the customer directly. Find or have a good dealer that goes to bat for you is the only way with Keystone.
