35 mph isn't that much, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's on the truck, then even a lot more isn't that bad. If it's on the jacks, yeah I'd start worrying at 35, really it should be on stands as low as possible with the jacks just touching per the manual.
I've driven when there were 50 mph sideways gusts, you have to pay attention but it doesn't feel like it's going to fall over - may push you around a bit.
