By your level it looks pretty good to me. Is it just a personal preference to get it perfectly level?
Is there enough clearance under the trailers rear bumper to lift the tongue higher or will the bumper hit the driveway?
Can you build a ramp under the rear tires on the tow vehicle? I have some ramps that are four 2x6 blocks screwed together with each layer offset to the rear by about a foot. I usually use them for oil changes. But I could easily back the vehicle onto them to make enough clearance to add another layer of blocks under the tongue jack.
