The new 2014 Dodge diesel, 1 ton can tow 30,000 lbs. I would imagine you will need the dually wheels.

Duals are just to carry the weight. Farm wagon trailer with front and rear axles may have very little to carry. 30,000 fifth wheel may never really work but these trucks are for more than just pulling RVs.
