Honda 2000 generator
Anyone out there running a honda 2000 genny on propane? If so what are your likes and dislikes and how does it compare db wise to gas? Input greatly appreciated

Gasoline has about 115,000 Btu's per gallon while propane is only about 95,000 Btu's per gallon. So you start out using 20% more gallons just to make up the same BTU content. Of course alcohol is only 65,000 Btu's per gallon so cheap fuel might have poor Btu content like propane.
For reference, diesel is about 135,000 Btu's per gallon, leading to it having 20% higher fuel mileage.
