- korbeExplorerOur sewer line runs under our driveway. So Installed a conveniently located clean out which makes it handy to dump when we get home and for end of season cleaning.
- DutchmenSportExplorerYes. 30 AMP hookup from my garage, water from the house, and can dump 8nto my septic tank a couple different ways. We driveway camp all year long.

Thanks for that information. We would also like to connect water and sewer if possible. Have you considered that, and, if so, how did you connect to the sewer?
Find your sewer line and add a 'clean out cap'. That is where you would hook up your sewer hose from the RV. Many residential sewer lines will already have one in place.
Only thing is, is that doing so is illegal to use for an RV on your property. Adding a clean out to your sewer line is legal but not for use for the RV.
Done under the cover of night works for most. BUT you seriously need to find out if you even can park the RV on your property.
Your worst enemy will be your neighbors turning you in if they see you are hooked up to your sewer line. - ValkyriebushExplorer II

I had to get a permit to relocate my power pedestal a foot and a half over and the 50 Amp power line added for the RV. I can use my house drain out for sewer.
Wow! The waste pump kit sounds like the ideal solution and I guess I can just run a garden hose for fresh water. Does anybody know if local regulations are involved with doing any of this? - I ran a 30 amp shore box to the rear of the camper under ground and run a water hose when needed.. Just no sewer.

That is a really nice setup!
Yes, I have a full hook up at my house. - RoyBExplorer III have both my trailers hooked up from separate 20AMP Service receptacles fromthe home Garage.
I am using HD 10-gauge (10-3) 50-foot extension cords using RV 30A-15A long adapters for each trailer. I can get away with using 12-gauge extension cords but I would not recommend anything smaller that 12-gauge size. Got to inspect all connections for heat problems.
I am able to run just about everything in the trailers including air conditioning but have to watch what high wattage items are running at the same time otherwise it will trip the 20A Breaker in the garage... I have an easy viewable RV 120VAC VOLTMETER that has the safe zone printed in GREEN setup in each trailer so I can get a quick glance before turning on high wattage items.
We sleep out, watch HDTV, and have a great get-away here at home. This is also the best of all worlds for working on RV related things as well as cleaning etc...
Great for maintaining my batteries when parked especially the larger battery bank I have in the OFF-ROAD POPUP trailer...
I too do not have Water or sewer connected... We can easly hook up water from a long water hose but then you have to deal with Black and Gray water in the trailer tanks. I do have a portable RV macerator pump setup but it is pain to deal with it. I have on occasion used the macerator pumping the Black and Gray water into the house septic system.
Roy Ken - ValkyriebushExplorer IIYes, I have a full hook up at my house. No one stays in it when park though.
