I'm so sorry to hear this.
It's very hard for any of us to tell you much without some kind of pics but often times it's very costly to fix things like this. They just aren't designed with repair in mind.
If you can, plz post a couple of pictures. It may not be nearly as bad as it seems even though it looks kinda catastrophic now.
