As I age I am looking at upgrading my Eagle Cap 1160 with either a Host Everest with its dual access to the bed area, triple seat sofa and tray accessed external storage or the EC 1165 with it's wide...

Maybe the floor plan has changed since 2011?
The 2016 Everest that I checked out had the toilet in the driver side slide and the black tank was directly below it in the slide.
Check out the floor plans on the Host site for the location of the toilet bowl, for me it didn't work.
Yes the newer Host Everest floorplan is different, with the black tank in the slide
