Fair question, and I thought about putting the answer in my original post.
The dealer that told me this does not sell Host. He said he had just been approached by Host to become a dealer and had had the chance to look at a couple of the Host TC models and gone over all the info. For what ever reason he decided not to become a Host dealer.
This dealer does carry a large inventory on their lot, with 8 or 9 brands of TC's, and a lot of different models from each manufacturer. I felt like he was being straight up with me... but that doesn't mean he was correct about the 1" walls.
