The Host Everest and Mammoth have completely contained water, grey, and black tanks.
They use block foam as the insulation, there is no fiberglass bats anywhere in it. We also ordered with the double pane glass windows.
We've used our Mammoth down to zero degrees f, and it was perfectly comfortable with the slides out.
The bigger problem I have found is the number of penetrations in the wall determines how well it keeps heat in; the slides seal super tight in 3 of the 4 points using bulb seals inside and slider seals on the outside (double seal), with a 2 little holes in the bottom where the gear track is using a slider seal.
We get more cold air off the vents than from the slides, and once I put the pillows in the vents it stays much warmer.
I prefer the camper to NOT be 100% air tight; you need some air exchange to keep moisture under control. The previous Lance we had was really bad for this; we kept getting a wet walls in it due to the lack of insulation. The Host Mammoth has not had this problem.
