Just the camper will take your truck over GVWR once filled and loaded but will still be safe on the rear axle. Once you connect the boat, that's when you will have to worry about overloading the axle and suspension. I'm guessing you will have 500+ lbs of tongue weight on a 3-4' SuperTruss and may not be able to use a weight distribution hitch on that boat trailer.
There's a reason some of us went to Class 5 trucks...
