Hot water heater question- rockwood ultra lite 2604ws

2014 model, just picked up, had poor instructions given to us. WH is electric and gas. If both are turned on, which one is the provider of power? Rocker switch in unit has initals flt- dsi next to ro...

If you turn both on (elec. and gas) both will heat the water at the same time (faster) and both will shut off when the water reaches the internal thermostat set temp.

DSI (direct spark ignition) is for gas. Propane much be turned on.
The switch for electric is probably outside your rig behind the access door to the water heater. It will be a black on-off toggle switch.

MAKE SURE THERE IS WATER IN THE WATER HEATER TANK BEFORE TURNING IT ON.
