Hot water heater question- rockwood ultra lite 2604ws

2014 model, just picked up, had poor instructions given to us. WH is electric and gas. If both are turned on, which one is the provider of power? Rocker switch in unit has initals flt- dsi next to ro...

Downtheroad is correct except the electricity to the water heater in my 2013 Forest River Vibe 826VFK is only turned off at the 120v circuit breaker. There is no outside switch. This may be true on your Rockwood as well.
