How are your PUGS attached?

I called Bob, the owner of the company that makes PUGS, before we bought for our ROO. Nicest man and so helpful re my questions. They do have measurements for most units, but sooner or later one is going to slip through. Just call him and ask for a replacement and return the one that doesn't fit properly.
